Use the Technicians page to limit the school(s) to which each technician has access.
In the example below, when a form is submitted by (or related to) a student or bus from Citi High School, user “geoadmin” will have access to this submittal. However, if the associated school is not on their list, they will not be able to view or edit the submittal.
If your staff’s responsibilities are normally divided into School Groups within your BusPlanner database (e.g. “geoadmin’s Schools” below), these can be used as well.

Notes:
•In order to be able to manage forms in BusPlanner Workflow, a user must have the Technician user type applied to them in BusPlanner Web. This can be done by opening their profile in Professional > Site Administration > User Manager and ensuring Technician is checked.
•The purpose of the Principal role is for Workflow usage, where the user will have the same permissions as a School Admin would have on BusPlanner Web. This is due to privacy reasons regarding sensitive information exchanged during the reporting process between the Bus Operator and the Principal or Vice-Principal.
