The Search page can be used to locate prior submittals according to certain criteria. Submittals can be searched based on information about the submitter, as well as the school, route/run, operator, etc. associated with the form.
Note: The Submittal List option will show who submitted the form, while the Work List option will instead display the technician the submittal has been assigned to.
To start select a field you would like to search results for.
Select the parameters.
Finally, enter the search you would like to be displayed in the results.
In the above example, you are searching for submittals that contains the first name Nancy.
Once the search results are displayed, users can click on an entry under Form Name to view the submittal itself.
