As an extension of BusPlanner Web, BusPlanner Workflow is designed to help streamline the student transportation planning process by automating some of the common processes within your department.

With BusPlanner Workflow, you can input and organize incident reports, requests from the public, and other key documents in one convenient location. Standardized forms and an intuitive tab-based format make issues easier to locate, track, and resolve, while the module’s email notification abilities ensure that staff are aware of any issues that arise.

Workflow has the ability to feed forms into BusPlanner Pro for attachments. So, forms in workflow can be attached to BusPlanner Pro student files as PDFs. That way BusPlanner Pro users can see those forms.
